THE TRUSHAPE UK TEAM

Andy Martin

Andy started his career putting colour into the thread mills of Paisley as physical / organic chemist and dye specialist before retraining with a foundation degree in casting at Leeds University. As a team manger he has been found running production for a number of manufacturers, before becoming an MD in the foundry industry.  

For Trushape UK, Andy is the key link between all the group sites and our sub-contractor partners delivering our on-time performance. Out of the office he enjoys spending time with his family and at the weekend on the touchline of grass roots football matches watching his son play. 

Tania Martin

For the past two decades Tania has been honing her skills as a business owner and early years educator. Now running the accounts and credit control for Trushape UK Tania is holding the purse strings. The main contact between our customers and supplier accounts team. Tania prides herself in her on-time payment KPI, but be warned she will have you feeling like a school kids again stood in the corner if your payments are late.

Sarfaraj Parmar

Based in Gujarat Sarfaraj, started his manufacturing journey at the National Institute of Technology Surat gaining his Bachelor’s Degree before moving to the UK in 2012 to 2016 to work in the UK foundry industry as a technical specialist. Returning to build the Indian sourcing arm for a UK based foundry group Sarfaraj is an expert in multiple metal forming solution. At Trushape UK he lead the Global sourcing team to ensure technical, quality and logistics for all our clients parts and assemblies. 

Tanya Brennan

Developing her Management skills within 20 years at the supermarket giant Tesco, Tanya moved to manufacturing in 2015. Starting with shop floor management before growing into her role in quality assurance. With a passion for detail and quality Tanya was the driver behind Trushape gaining our ISO-9001 certification in record time.

Leading QA and QC at Trushape Tanya is the person who ensures the oil is between the cogs for a smooth running working relationship with our client base.

At home Tanya will let has artistic side flow and will be found up-cycling furniture or doing interior design projects.


Stephen Cooke

Steve has been a sales and commercial specialist working with some of the largest corporation in Europe and Asia. He does not believe in the hard sell, but feel customer good service and cooperation leads to the best partnership. But Steve is super competitive, traits picked up from International yacht racing and Ironman Triathlon. Work has to be fun and getting a kick out of winning the race as well as life. You will find Steve a people person who loves finding solutions to problems and sharing information. Look out for his videos and lives.
Out of the office you will find Steve on two wheels, on-road / off road motorcycle or pedal powered, that is his happy place.
